Reacting to the development, the National Publicity Secretary of EACDA, Pastor Emmanuel Ajibola Ogungbuyi, described her passing as “the falling of an iroko tree and a monumental loss not only to her family but to the entire Ekinrin-Adde community.”

According to him, Chief Mrs. Tanimola was a symbol of dignity, wisdom, and exemplary leadership, whose life was marked by selfless service and unwavering commitment to the unity and development of Ekinrin-Adde, particularly in championing the welfare of women and youths.

“As the Iye Obinrin of Ekinrin-Adde, she was a true mother to all, a pillar of strength, and a dependable source of wise counsel to the Traditional Council, EACDA, and many individuals across the community,” Ogungbuyi said.

He noted that her rare blend of firmness and compassion helped sustain peace and harmony within the community, adding that her contributions to the socio-cultural and developmental growth of Ekinrin-Adde remain indelible.
