Olumoko Appointed APC North Central Chairman

APC appoints Funsho Olumoko as North Central Chairman, recognizing his leadership and political contributions in Kogi.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed Funsho Olumoko, an Ekinrin-Adde indigene and Omo-Atata awardee, as Chairman of the North Central Zonal Congress Committee.

The appointment reflects the party’s confidence in his leadership experience and commitment to its ideals, as it prepares for key political activities in the region.

Hon. Olumoko, a prominent figure in Kogi State politics, has played significant roles within the APC, particularly in Kogi West, where he is known for his grassroots mobilization and strategic political engagement.

He previously served as Director-General of the APC Governorship Campaign in Kogi West during the 2023 elections, contributing to the victory of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

His new role places him at the forefront of party organization in the North Central zone, with expectations for a credible and successful congress process.
