The Ekinrin-Adde Community Development Association (EACDA) is thrilled to announce the launch of the 2026 Ekinrin-Adde Day Essay Competition.
This annual intellectual showdown provides a platform for our brightest minds to proffer actionable solutions to contemporary challenges facing our community.
This year, the committee is shifting the spotlight to the powerhouse of our community which is the youth.
This year’s competition invites students of Ekinrin-Adde extraction from higher institutions in Nigeria and abroad, to dive deep into a theme that hits close to home, urging young intellectuals to take the lead in community development and advocacy.
Participants are expected to write on the topic: “Ekinrin-Adde Youths as Agents of Change: Building a Drug & Crime Free Community”
This timely topic challenges our youth to look inward, analyze the societal impacts of substance abuse and crime, and propose innovative, community-driven frameworks to safeguard the peace and future of Ekinrin-Adde.
