EACDA Mourns As Olohi Loses Mother

The Ekinrin-Adde Community Development Association (EACDA) has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Madam Alice Folake Makanjuola, the Yeye Oba of Ohi-Adde and matriarch of the Makanjuola family.
With gratitude to God for a life well spent, the Association received the news of the peaceful transition of Mama Alice Folake Makanjuola in the early hours of Monday, June 2, 2026. She departed this earthly realm at the age of 90 years.
Mama, as she was fondly called, lived an exemplary life characterized by grace, wisdom, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family, community, and humanity. She was a woman of virtue, a unifying figure, and a pillar of strength whose kindness and generosity positively impacted countless lives.
The Association recognizes the immense loss her passing represents to His Royal Highness, Oba Stephen Ojo Makanjuola, the Olohi of Adde Land, the Makanjuola family, and the entire Ohi-Adde community. We share in their grief and extend our heartfelt condolences during this difficult period.
While we mourn her departure, we also celebrate a remarkable life filled with purpose, service, and enduring legacies of love, peace, and unity. Her memory will remain a source of inspiration to all who were privileged to know her.
